The company was created in 2002 by Martin Ewoma who leads a team of Human Resource professionals with over 20 years of consultancy experience in Africa and Europe.
Martin has worked across Africa and many various capacity and regions.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development and an MSc.In Training and Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
He is the Managing Director and also an Affiliate Lecturer in Strategic HRM at the University of Derby.
